Is the quote free?
Yes. We visit the property, take measurements and send you an itemised quote, free and with no obligation. You'll usually have it within 24–48 hours of the visit.
How long do the works take?
It depends on the job. As a guide, a bathroom usually takes 1–2 weeks, a kitchen 2–3 weeks and a full flat renovation between 6 and 10 weeks. Before we start, we give you a start date and a completion date in writing.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All our work comes with a written guarantee, and we use well-known brands with their own manufacturer's warranty. If any problem arises, we come back and fix it.
Do you handle town hall licences and permits?
Yes. We advise you on the type of permit your works need (prior notification or licence) depending on your town, and we handle the paperwork so you don't lose any time.
Do you work all over Mallorca?
Yes, we work across the whole island: Palma, the Part Forana, coastal areas and inland villages. If you're unsure about your area, message us and we'll answer right away.
