2. What data we collect

The data you voluntarily provide when contacting us via the form, WhatsApp, phone or email: name, phone number, town, type of work and the content of your message. The form on this website does not store data on any server: when you submit it, WhatsApp opens with the message ready for you to send.

3. What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry and prepare the quote you request.
To manage our business relationship if you hire our services (invoicing, guarantee, etc.).

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles, and we will not send you advertising without your consent.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when contacting us and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures or performance of the works contract (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR), as well as compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting).

5. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your request and, if there is a contract, for the legal retention periods (generally up to 6 years for commercial and tax obligations, plus the guarantee period of the works).

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. When you contact us via WhatsApp, your data is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its own privacy policy. Our accountants or advisers may access it as data processors to meet tax obligations.
